So, first, you need to make sure if your Windows 10 product key or license is transferrable or not.

How to Know if you can Transfer the Windows 10 license to a New Device?

Microsoft usually tends to distribute its license through various channels. But the most common of all such channels are Retail and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), through which a consumer can obtain the product key.

Step 3. On the black cmd screen, type the following command to resume your product key and hit “Enter”:
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

NOTE: In this command, xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx denotes the product key that you are supposed to write.
Step 4. Next, type the following command to confirm the product key activation and hit “Enter”:
slmgr /dlv

Step 5. Immediately, you will get a confirmation status, where it will be displayed that your Windows 10 is fully activated in the new device.
In the meantime, you may need to restart your computer once to complete the protocol.
