Downgrade with Recovery Mode in iTunes
Step 1. First connect your iDevice to your computer and run the upgraded version of iTunes.
Step 2. Switch off your phone and set it in the recovery mode.
- If you have iPhone 6S or earlier, iPad with Home button, keep holding the Home button and the device will enter the Recovery mode.
- If you have iPhone 7, or 7+, press the Volume down button for a longer period and the Recovery Mode will come.

- For iPad models with Face ID specifically, hold the top button for some time, and wait until the device enters the Recovery Mode.
Step 3. As soon as your iTunes will automatically recognize your iDevice in recovery mode, click on the “Restore” button in the notification Windows that shows up.
Step 4. Next, you have to wait until the Restoring process is finished.
Voila! It’s done.
Downgrade by Replacing iOS Beta 13 Profile with iOS 12 IPSW File
Step 1. Firstly, download the iOS 12.3.1 IPSW file from the given link:
NOTE: The IPSW file must match the iPhone or iPad model.
Step 2. Next run iTunes, and plug your iDevice with iOS 13 to your computer using data cable.
Step 3. Click on the device icon from the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 4. So if you are using lately a Mac computer, press and hold the “Option” key and then click the “Update” button at the same time. But in case you have to use Windows computer, press the “Shift” key and simultaneously click the “Update” button.
Step 5. From the browsing Window, browse and select the recently downloaded IPSW file. And just wait for the process to be finished.
