Still not working? Don’t waste your time, switch to the next method.

Method #3: Configuration Reset of BIOS/UEFI

This issue may arise due to misconfiguration of BIOS also. In order to fix it, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Restart your computer and when the manufacturer logo turns up, press keys like F2, Del, Esc, etc to access the BIOS settings. This key varies for different devices.
(NOTE: If you are not sure about which key to press, Google it by your device model number.)
Step 2. Use the arrow keys to find the “Default option”.
Step 3. Click on this position and then hit the “Enter” button on your keyboard. This simple task will reset your BIOS configuration.
Step 4. Save the new setup and exit BIOS.
Once your exit, your device will automatically restart and the issue is most likely to be sorted out.

If none of the aforementioned methods work in your favor, then you should either replace the CMOS battery right away or get your computer checked by any technician. The problem could also arise due to the wrong installation of OS, something which you may not be able to figure out on your own. So definitely you would need expert advice.
