Page range – Enables you to select the page range to apply a table structure to each page of the indicated range.

Tables – In this section, you can Add or Delete tables and replot the table structure.

Columns – Use this option to Add or Erase Columns within the table. In the drop-down menu, you can choose how to treat content (text, numbers) when it comes into contact with the column line. If you want to customize how the content in the columns is treated, you can do that by clicking the Column Type button.

Rows – First, you need to check the Show Row and Manual Row editing option which will activate the Add Row and Erase Row Line buttons. Now you can manually manipulate with row distribution.

Header and Footer – Here you have the option to exclude Header and Footer, to adjust where they fall or you can select to keep the first header and the last footer.

View options – You can check the Show Preview option to see how your changes look before converting the file. But, if you have a large file you can check the Only Current Page to see the changes on that page so the performance won’t be hampered.

   4. PDF to Excel conversion

After making all the necessary alterations your tables are ready to be converted from PDF to Excel spreadsheets. You can do this by clicking the green Convert button at the bottom right corner.

After the conversion process ends your file will be open in Excel and ready for further manipulation.
