Windows 8

First, let’s talk about Windows 8. Here are some simple and easy steps that help to restore image from Windows 8 to an unbootable Pc. Just have a read!

For creating a backup, it is essential that you plug in an external drive and make sure that there is a plenty of room for that. Also make sure that when you plug in an external drive, Windows access it properly.

After plug in, search charm will appear on the screen. Use this charm to bring up and also to lead the file of history program. Once you have done this, a program comes up and a System Image Backup will appear in the lower left corner of the screen. Select a System Image Backup.

Be patients, don’t be panic! It takes a few minutes to go. Once the wizard appears on your screen, it is self explanatory. You need not to think much about it.

Once you have finished the entire procedure, remove the external hard disk drive safely and then plug in a flash drive. After this, go back to the File History, where you will get Recovery Option, which is just above System Image Link. Click Recovery. Once you click a Recovery tab, Create a Recovery Tab will appear. Choose this tab and follow all the prompts.

Whenever disaster strikes, you can boot from the Recovery drive. If you asked for keyboard layout, then in other USB drive, you just have to plug in external hard drive.

Now, it’s the time to talk about Windows 7. The steps of restoring image from windows7 are almost same as that of Windows 8 with little modifications. Here are the steps;

For creating an image backup in Windows 7, the very first thing you have to do is to go to the Start menu and then go to Search field. In the search field, type Backup. After this, select Backup and Restore. After this select a Create a System Image that appears on the left side of the corner.

With this, your back up is completed. Once it is completed, you may ask to create a system repair disc. If you already have, then it’s great! And if you do not have it then goes for it.
