So to do the downgrading process, there are two ways. Both are effective, but you need an update version of iTunes in both the ways. So make sure your iTunes is fully upgraded before you start following the contents ahead.

Downgrade with Recovery Mode in iTunes

Step 1. First connect your iDevice to your computer and run the upgraded version of iTunes.

Step 2. Switch off your phone and set it in the recovery mode.

  • If you have iPhone 6S or earlier, iPad with Home button, keep holding the Home button and the device will enter the Recovery mode.

  • For iPad models with Face ID specifically, hold the top button for some time, and wait until the device enters the Recovery Mode.

Step 3. As soon as your iTunes will automatically recognize your iDevice in recovery mode, click on the “Restore” button in the notification Windows that shows up.

Downgrade by Replacing iOS Beta 13 Profile with iOS 12 IPSW File

Step 1. Firstly, download the iOS 12.3.1 IPSW file from the given link:

NOTE: The IPSW file must match the iPhone or iPad model.

Step 2. Next run iTunes, and plug your iDevice with iOS 13 to your computer using data cable.

Step 4. So if you are using lately a Mac computer, press and hold the “Option” key and then click the “Update” button at the same time. But in case you have to use Windows computer, press the “Shift” key and simultaneously click the “Update” button.
