How to take screenshots of Desktop PC Screen – Easy Guide

Now, we all know that taking screenshot of your desktop is quite easy when you know the step by step guide on how to do it.

Now the most easiest way is to take a look in your keyboard and see the “PrntScn” button.

Its usually above the arrow keys button. Please do look at the follow picture to see where it is.

Now, you just have to press the button once, after you are done, go to paint. Now you have two options to open paint.

Click Start –> All Programs –> Accessories –>Paint.

Second option is, you can start “Run” by pressing windows key and the letter “R” at the same time and then you can type “mspaint” in the run box.

After you opened the paint, you can simply press ctrl+v and the screen  of your desktop PC will appear. 🙂

Now many keyboards might not have this button or worse case it may be broken, but never fear, even in that case you have 1 more way to take screenshot of your PC desktop screen using snipping tool.

You can simply Click start and type “snipping tool”and an option like this will appear.

You can simply click on it, click new then select the area of your screen and it will automatically appear in paint.
